Basic networking, Windows NT4, 2000, SQL Server (Basic) and XP are the key technical skills. As a person you will be a strong team player, good at investigating problems, articulate, good with people*customers. You will support the companys bespoke systems, dealing directly with customers over the telephone and resolving technical issues. The main duties will involve: - to manage all incoming calls (diagnosis, updates and correction. - Escalate calls to 2nd Line support team if they cant be resolved within the Helpdesk team. - Liaison with customers to pass on information concerning call progress and closure. This is a cracking opportunity for a large company with a niche that is seeing massive growth!!!!!!!!
